Hey,
Happy New Year.
I hope you’re starting the year rested, or at least a little more grounded than a few weeks ago.
There’s a lot of noise around January.
Big goals. Big plans. Big pressure to “start strong.”
You don’t need to do that today.
A good year rarely begins with a dramatic push.
It usually begins quietly.
With small decisions.
With showing up again after a pause.
If last year was tough, that doesn’t disqualify you from a good year ahead.
It prepared you.
You learned things you didn’t even realize yet.
And if last year went well, this is your chance to build on it with more intention and less chaos.
You don’t need to reinvent yourself this week.
You don’t need a perfect plan.
Just start with one clear intention for how you want to work this year.
Not what you want to achieve.
But how you want your days to feel.
The rest will follow.
I’m glad you’re here.
Let’s see what this year brings.
– Moritz
Tiny tactical tip:
Write down one word you want this year to stand for. Keep it visible. When decisions get noisy, come back to that word.
